Solid Perfume
Have you ever used a solid perfume? I must say this is something that I never thought I would make but after adding this to my DIY list I fell in love with it. We all know natural perfumes does not last as long as chemical based perfumes so reapplying it throughout the day is necessary and having this little tin with me in my purse works so amazing. I know it is save and will not break and allows me to put it on when I feel it’s needed.
Creamy solid perfume
Ingredients
Sweet almond oil
Beeswax
Shea butter
Vitamin E
Essential oil
Mix the Beeswax, Shea butter and Sweet almond oil and gently melt them on a double boiler. Once melted add the vitamin E and essential oils or fragrance and mix well. Be quite fast or it will solidify! If this happens, pop it back in the double boiler for a few seconds. Place in the freezer for about half an hour to harden up.
Hi Farhana, I have not tried this recipe by replacing the natural vitamin E, but I can’t see why it won’t work. I would even just try it by leaving the Natural Vitamin E out. Natural vitamin E is a natural preservative, this helps your perfume last.
Good day
Thank you for your beautiful perfume recipe.
Please advise if vitamin E oil can be replaced by any other oil.
Kind Regards
Farhana
